SelectFI Appoints Advisory Board for the Company

SelectFI announced the formation of the company's Advisory Board, an experienced group of individuals who will regularly advise company executives on key decisions for the company's growth and fundraising. Each member of the Board brings valuable insight to the key pillars of our business: Software Sales, Software Development, Client Relations, Legal Affairs, and Finance/Fundraising.

“Over the past year, we have been lucky enough to meet several individuals that stood out as potential key advisors in building our company” said Matt Dorn, CFO of SelectFI. “Ed, Dan and Steve have agreed to take Advisory Board roles and become important knowledge resources for our team. We are so lucky to have them.”

Chris Martinez
Chris is currently the General Manager of Mercedes-Benz of San Antonio, and has earned a widely-known reputation for success in leadership in auto dealership management over the years. Chris was recognized as AutoRemarketing’s 40 under 40 in 2018, and is a best-selling author of five automotive sales and management books. Chris is also an entrepreneur in automotive software, founding The AutoMiner, Spearphish, and Nullkode.

Dan Magnuszewski
Dan was the Co-Founder and CTO of ACV Auctions, one of the largest software companies in the automotive industry. More recently, Dan has been the CTO at Foundry, a Digital Currency Group Company. Currently, Dan serves as an investor and advisor for several software start-up companies.

Ed Rice
Ed is an experienced regulatory attorney that has held significant legal and leadership roles for private and publicly traded companies. He is currently Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Coherent Corp. He has previously been a partner at the law firms of Steptoe & Johnson, PLLC and Sherrard, German & Kelly, P.C.; as well as General Counsel for Zoot Enterprises, Inc.; and Associate General Counsel for M&T Bank.

Steve Nicosia
Steve has been a consultant and M&A advisor to software and technology companies for over 10 years. He is the CEO of Zen Advisory Partners and serves as an EIR for Launch NY (a nonprofit venture development organization in Upstate New York). Steve also co-owned a software company with two partners, and it was acquired by Constellation Software in 2004. Steve subsequently served as a General Manager for nearly 10 years, overseeing a debt and investment software business unit for one of the companies owned by Constellation Software. Steve received his CPA from Delaware in 2006.
