His career spans the full lifecycle of financial technology: startup, scale, exit, and reinvention.

He currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer at Lender Compliance Technologies (LCT), where he leads revenue, partnerships, and go-to-market execution during a period of rapid expansion. LCT is the fintech company behind Refund Control®, a lender-managed cloud platform that enables financial institutions to track, manage, and audit F&I product cancellations and consumer refunds amid increasing regulatory complexity.
Previously, Rogers was Chief Executive Officer of Motility Software Solutions, where he led a successful private-equity-backed turnaround and exit. Under his leadership, Motility strengthened its position as the leading dealer management software provider for the specialty vehicle industry, delivering end-to-end solutions for RV, bus, and heavy-duty truck dealers.
Earlier in his career, Rogers co-founded RouteOne and served as Chief Operating Officer, playing a central role in scaling the company from startup to one of the most influential platforms in indirect auto finance. During his tenure, RouteOne established connectivity with more than 1,800 banks, credit unions, and captive finance companies, serving over 14,000 dealers across the U.S. and Canada, and helping define the modern digital F&I ecosystem.
Rogers also held senior strategy roles at Toyota Financial Services, focused on enterprise growth initiatives and lender-dealer innovation, and has advised multiple high-growth technology companies through acquisition and private-equity-backed scale.
At SelectFI, Rogers will advise on go-to-market strategy, lender connectivity, regulatory alignment, and the continued scaling of trusted financial infrastructure as the company builds toward 2026 and beyond.
