SelectFI, a Buffalo based startup developer of software for auto dealerships, announced two key hires and the formation of the company Customer Success Team. Starr Cooper has joined the team as Senior Manager of Customer Success.
The Customer Success Team will support the company's growing client base and assure dealerships are realizing value from SelectFI's software products. The team will execute onboarding steps, train dealership employees for software usage, and develop ongoing engagement with client stakeholders to assure each dealership is acheiving goals and reaching desired outcomes.

Starr has been an entrepreneur for over 21 years, spending most of her professional career as a coach and mentor to small business entrepreneurs in areas of sales development, marketing strategies, and branding. She has also founded and run her own retail and service businesses that serving clients such as BET, Grammy Awards, Coachella, and the VMA awards.
