We're a little software company solving big problems for Auto Dealerships.

SelectFI Team - October 2023

When our founder, Tom Vullo, led finance and training for a top 15 dealership, he saw a lot of potential for speeding up and improving the accuracy of financing customers for vehicle purchases. Each dealership works with 20-30 lenders, and estimating which lenders will finance customers based on credit profiles and vehicle values is prone to mistakes and time-consuming restarts. It's a process better suited for software....

Tom created Lender Selector® in 2022, and after beta testing it for 8 months, began building a team to develop and sell it in 2023. Now the company has 12 employees, dozens of dealership subscribers, and has completed pre-seed funding to grow the company even further.

Get in early, and grow with us.

The biggest benefit we offer our team and anyone who joins us now is our Early-Employee Equity Package. Everyone on our team has equity shares in the company, and is working hard to build value and reap the benefit. Once you start with SelectFI, you'll earn shares that grow with every valuation in the company's future. And that's not an indefinite path... we're planning a Seed round of fundraising in Q1 2025.

All we need are the right people to grow the company. Still reading?... You're probably just who we're looking for.

Good benefits... that will just get better.

As a startup, we can't offer all of the benefits that large companies can... that's part of the trade-off. But we have a good base of benefits that doesn't make working for SelectFI a risk for you and your family.
